8179 Blue Oak was entered in the Parade of Homes - not because it was built differently, but because it wasn't. Every decision made on this home was made the same way every Hearthside decision gets made: the best way, not the acceptable way. The covered patio with timber beam ceiling was designed to function as a true outdoor living room, not an afterthought. The kitchen was built around the way the clients actually cook. The master bath was tiled to the specifications document - not to what would pass inspection. The Parade gave us an opportunity to show what Hearthside actually looks like when it's finished.
