If you provide your email address to us and request emails regarding our products and services, you will receive commercial emails from us marketing our products and services, and we will collect your email address, other information you provide, as well as Automated Information. You may revoke your consent to receive commercial emails from Hearthside Homes marketing our products and services by clicking “unsubscribe” in marketing email communications to you. Please be aware that changes to your privacy choices may not be immediate. We will implement your changes as quickly as practicable, but in all cases, in accordance with timeframes required by applicable law.

When you provide us your phone number, you represent you are the subscriber and regular user of the phone number provided. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track Signals
