841 Rayner Ranch was a spec home — meaning no client sat across the table while we made decisions. That's the only thing that was different. The 2,600 square feet on 1.42 acres in Spring Branch got the same treatment every Hearthside home gets: the best material for each application, not the acceptable one. The floor plan was designed around how people actually live in a Hill Country home — room to spread out, a covered outdoor space that earns its square footage, a kitchen built for use rather than resale photography. There was no one to answer to on this one except the standard. We answered to it anyway.
This home was built to the same standard as every Hearthside home — wall cavities vacuumed before drywall, third-party TREC inspection before anything was sealed up, grout gaps measured against the specifications document. The photography shows the finish. The standard is what's behind it.
