164 Fly Line Trail started the way every Hearthside custom home starts: with a family, a piece of land, and a conversation about how they actually use a house. The 3,200 square feet in New Braunfels was designed around that — not around what photographs well or what's easiest to frame. The 1.18-acre lot gave room to work with, and the floor plan uses it. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a layout that earns every square foot rather than just counting it. The clients were in every decision. So was the specifications document. That's not a tension at Hearthside — it's the process.
This home was built to the same standard as every Hearthside home — wall cavities vacuumed before drywall, third-party TREC inspection before anything was sealed up, grout gaps measured against the specifications document. The photography shows the finish. The standard is what's behind it.
