Where We Build

Service Areas

Where We Build.

Everything we build sits within roughly an hour of San Antonio International Airport — close enough for the owner to be on every job site, which is the whole point of how we work. Two distinct markets, one standard: the open land of the Texas Hill Country, and the established streets of Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, and Olmos Park.

The Radius

An hour's drive, on purpose.

Our service area isn't a marketing decision; it's a quality-control one. We build 15 to 20 homes a year with the owner personally involved in every one — and that only works if every job site is reachable the same day. The hour's radius is what keeps the promise honest: when we say the name on your contract is the name on your job site, geography is part of the guarantee.

Within that hour sit two very different kinds of building, and we've spent nearly four decades learning both.

Our Service Areas

Four markets, one standard, and the owner on every job site.

Region 01

Texas Hill Country

Open acreage, long views, and master-planned communities — and land that asks real questions of a builder: limestone and caliche, slopes, wells, septic, and architectural review boards. We've built more than 600 homes across the region and answered all of them. We build in Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Boerne, Spring Branch, Bulverde, Fredericksburg, and Kerrville, including communities like Vintage Oaks, Mystic Shores, and River Chase. Many of our Hill Country clients build from out of state; distance never means darkness.

Region 02

Alamo Heights

Established streets, mature oaks, and an Architectural Review Board with real standards. Most of our work here is teardown-and-rebuild: a new home built right on a street you already love, with the ARB submission, municipal permitting, and the demolition itself handled under one fixed-price contract.

Region 03

Terrell Hills

An independent city that's almost entirely residential, with its own permitting process and lots that often run larger than the typical 78209 parcel. We build here the way the city expects: quietly, with block-by-block restrictions verified before we draw, and with one accountable owner your neighbors can reach.

Region 04

Olmos Park

A 1920s planned suburb of curving boulevards and homes built with architectural intent. New construction here has to earn its place on the street: modern inside, mannered outside — and clear the city's own review process, which we handle as part of our scope.

One Standard

Different ground. Same build.

Whether the lot is five acres of caliche in Comal County or fifty feet of frontage under a Terrell Hills oak, the build runs the same:

The owner personally involved, from First Draft to final walk-through.

One fixed price, itemized down to our margin, that moves only if you change the scope.

The same trades — most with us 10+ years — on every site.

A third-party TREC-licensed inspector at every major stage.

Wall cavities vacuumed before drywall; nothing sealed until it's right.

A 10-year structural warranty — four years beyond what Texas requires.

The location changes what the land asks. It never changes what the home gets.
Questions

Questions about where we build.

My town isn't listed. Will you still build there?

If it's within about an hour of San Antonio International Airport, the towns above are where we work most; this isn't an exhaustive list. Call and tell us where the lot is — we'll give you a straight answer.

Do you ever build outside the hour radius?

Rarely, and deliberately so. The radius is what lets the owner on every job site — stretch it, and the thing you hired us for stretches with it. If your project is just beyond it, ask; if we can't serve it right, we'll say so.

Is the standard really the same in both markets?

Identical trades, same inspections, same warranty, same fixed-price structure. What changes is the local knowledge each market requires: rock and septic in the Hill Country, review boards and infill logistics in the 78209 cities. We've built both for two generations.

I'm out of state. Does the area I choose matter for a remote build?

Not to how we run it. Wherever you build within our area, you'll get frequent, proactive updates directly from the owner and third-party inspection reports at every major stage. Several of our clients have managed their entire build from another time zone.

Wherever the lot is, the first step is the same.

Please tell us where you're building — or thinking about building. We'll draw a First Draft floor plan for the property, free and without obligation, and tell you honestly what that particular ground will ask of the project.
